With an ultra-low resistivity of 0.006 Ω·cm and thermal conductivity of 1.3 W/(m·K), it supports continuous use from -40°C to 150°C. Its 4-hour working time and easy 1:1 mix ratio make it ideal for bonding electronic devices and heat-sensitive materials, curing fully with 2 hours at 65°C.
