Very thick and spongy. Colour same as on screen. Happy with it. Not used it yet, but looks great.

Good exercise mat which arrived promptly and well packed. Unlike some other mats I have used stayed flat which is a bonus and has a strap to secure when rolling up when not in use. It is thicker than I thought it would be therefore comfortable to lie and exercise on for long periods of time. Overall a good quality mat for a cost effective price, Would recommend purchasing. This fitness foam quality is good, ease of storage & the thick size is quite good

Very thick, but does move a lot if it’s on carpet, so you’ll need another mat underneath to stop it from moving. Not sure what it’s like on vinyl floors or hardwood though. Thick enough that it doesn’t make my back hurt when doing laying down exercises. Nice and soft which makes switching positions easier.

This a fabulous thick mat that gives a solid, but comfortable feel. I used it for the first time last week and for the first time I felt fully supported on the floor. I love the carry strap that comes with it. It is strong enough to hold the mat whilst travelling on the bus. The last thing you need is it unravelling. It helps with home storage too. The colour is gorgeous as well.

I love this mat, the colour is so cute. The thickness I feel is great too, always comfortable. The straps it comes with makes it easy to put away, fits snug in my corner. I’ve only tried it on carpet but it never moves for me.

Very light, long and wide enough for me, comfortable. It is really good for the price and i really like it as well, sadly it get scratched or marks fairly easily due to the material it's made. I am not gonna bother returning it or request refund because it doesn't really affect the use of it. If you're perfectionist I wouldn't recommend this to you
