2 x Heavy Duty 75mm Screw Eye Bolt Lag Eye Bolt Fixing With 15mm Eyelet

I bought theese to secure a swing to a ceiling joist. Still going strong after over two years.

Certainly heavy duty and a "bit" over the top for picture/mirror hanging (unless you own a stately home). I used four of them, in conjunction with bungee, to store a car roof box in the eaves of the garage. Perfect for my purpose.

I bought these bolts to hang a pair of gym rings for doing pullups and other exercises. As I am a big fella (about 110kg at the moment, hopefully to be dropping soon!), so I needed the bolts to be really substantial - it is likely that at times my entire weight will be hanging off one! I will be fixing these laterally into the joists and have no concern at all that they will handle the strain. Each eye bolt weighs 36g, the thickness of the steel is 7mm. The inner diameter of the eye is 21mm, and the outer diameter is 35mm. Overall length is 75mm, with the thread length being 25mm.Serious bits of hardware, really good value for the money, which appear well-suited for hanging gym rings, heavy punching bags or other big loads - I suspect that a pair of these would happily bear the load of my car, if they were securely fixed into heavy timber or masonry! Of course, you need to make sure that whatever you screw them into can handle the load - I honestly feel that the joists would break before these things bend.

Superb quality for the price, and tough as old boots, a tip, make sure you drill an appropriate sized hole before you nscrew them in otherwise is is hard work.

Good product unfortunately they rust when used outside

Good quality large eyelet, seems very strong with a decent thread depth. These fit well with some "`7mm x 70mm Zinc` M7 carabiners", also bought on Amazon.some tape meausurements I took:-Inner diameter of eye ~ 21mmNOTE: the product description says "inside dia of eye: 18mm" but after asking in the questions above, others have measured I.D. at between 20 to 22mm too. (Thanks to those answers, I have flagged up mistaken product description to Amazon)-Outer diameter of eye ~ 35mm-Metal thickness diameter ~ 7mm-Length from thread start to tip ~ 28mm

Really strong and robust, would hold a battleship.
