I have used different brands of collagen powders over the years, this is my preferred powder. It dissolves easily in my coffee and no after taste. Definitely less joint pain and fine lines! Make sure you take it with food and not use it as a meal replacement/proteins. It will give you the jitters and might mess up your sleep. I was hoping to buy a collagen that had good health benefits and would be a good supplement to support my day and give me a boost of energy midday. The texture is smooth, and it is easy to add to water or flavored water, so it is something that I would buy again. If you want to take this just in a liquid or add it to a smoothie, that would make it easy to take and taste great.

Doesn't taste the best but really helps with join stiffness I notice a difference when I don't take it.
