The only good thing about this book is the beautiful photo on the cover. For the rest, it's an oversize book, about 1/4 inch thick, wide margins, double-spaced, large font, no pictures. This is not a recipe book. This is like a propaganda tract, put out there just to make a little money. As a product to actually use, it is ridiculous. It looks like it was made for 2nd graders, no offense to 2nd-graders. And who is "Williams Cathy Greger"? Any relation to Dr. Greger? A quick internet search turned up nothing. Well, I am the stupid one, for sure. I paid $10 for it, and it will cost me $7 to return it, but I am indeed returning it, even if only to make a point. That's $7 lost on this garage-band home production that is little more than an absurd pamphlet.
