Melissa & Doug Fold & Go Stable

This was bigger than I thought it would be, seems very sturdy, and is much played with. A few bits came with it, but perfect for getting more figures etc as plenty of room to furnish it

Bought this for my goddaughter's 4th birthday along with the castle figure set. This is a lovely well thought out toy. It opens up to give lots of little rooms to play in. It seems nice and sturdy and well presented - the treasure room and treasure chest are a definite hit - thought please note one is not allowed to take horses through the castle as they don't live in castles (I've been reliably informed by said 4 year old :) ). The fact that this all packs up into itself is great - means it's easier to store when not in use, and the carry handle makes it thoroughly portable.The description is accurate, so you only get the prince and princess with the horses as figures to play with (hence buying additional ones with this set). It's a good starter kit though, and one you can add to over time which I think is a nice touch.

I've brought this for my 2 1/2 year old as she loves playing with figurines. She was playing with this set in the local toy shop and she loved it, as there was many rooms, stairs and a door to put her figurines in. She was occupied for hours with it. The bonus is that it folds away! nice square box shape that you can stack and put away, unlike other toy sets which come to pieces and eventually you lose. Nice size, well built, throughly can reccomend this item!

Beautiful, solid and well made wooden castle, with plenty of rooms. My two year old loves. It comes with a few pieces of furniture, two little dolls and two horses. I got some extra pieces of furniture for it, though that wasn't strictly necessary. This is the high quality I have come to expect from M&D. Good price too.

Lovely toy. Really well made stable with lots of cute extras. My son loves playing with this and using his other farm animals in the as well. Only slight issue some of the horses don't stand very well but my son doesn't notice. Easy to take away with you as parts store inside and nice carry handle

The stables itself was good value but it was let down by the quality of the horses

I bought this castle for my 3 year old daughters birthday and I've been so impressed so far. I have bought m&d products before and always found them to be good but this surpasses all expectations. I wasn't sure about getting it in the pink but actually it's lovely and made it much more hers although it has not stopped her 5 year old brother playing with it with her. They both love it and I can honestly say it is the best value toy I have bought in my 5 years of being a parent. And don't worry about how many bits of furniture or dolls come with it, their imagination will turn most things in to exciting additions to it, they have made a cardboard table for then, found some my little ponies to join in and even a giant owl for one of the towers!! Highly recommended, enjoy!

My 4 year old loves this castle. She has added lots of her own little characters to the castle, but its gone down very well as an xmas present. We got the pink colour for her, which she was very happy with as she had only seen the grey one before. Recommended for nice imaginary play time. Nice handle on the top to carry it around when you need to.
