Function tested the Black Model of the `Airsoft PEQ 15 PEQ Box IR Laser + Red Laser Sight + White LED Flashlight for AEG GBB CQB` by `CTOPTIC` with IR Laser, Red Laser, White Illuminator, in August of 2023, US$22.00, Used, shipped from CTOPTIC, ASIN: B07GTKB1JF.The unit functions electrically, optically, and mechanically as expected. I'm not sure if it could be expected to survive the recoil forces from a firearm; see other reviews praising durability.Optical:IR Laser: Functional, but not tested for co-alignment due to lack of IR sensitive equipment. Shared zero with red laser. IR laser is deep-infrared, no visible component.Red Laser: Excellent, a simple, 5mW red dot. Shared zero with IR laser. Zeroes with a flat-bladed screwdriver. No detents on zeroing mechanism; smooth.White Light: Fine. Dummy zero adjustment for the white light indeed has no function whatsoever. Has a circular flood pattern, very uniform, until the cover is applied; the cover creates a donut-shaped fringe effect, dimming at the center and brightening at the edges while reducing the overall brightness.Electronics:Battery Compartment: A simple tube, completely open to the interior of the device; avoid water ingress. CR123 or other batteries are inserted Positive-side first against the internal spring, Negative facing outward. A conical aluminum protrusion on the end-cap presses into the Negative terminal of the battery. The battery end-cap is tightly fastened when closed.UHP Button: Present! Instructions list this as the ON/OFF switch, and it lacks the "UHP" text. Toggles unit ON/OFF independently of the pressure switch. Excellent microswitch, very clicky, loud.Pressure Switch: Fine; 2.5mm mono connector, snug connection. Pressing and holding the pad toggles the momentary ON, double-tap for ON/OFF. Quieter than the ON/OFF button, but spongy.Rotary Selector Switch: Fine; spongy detents. Difficult to manipulate accidentally or intentionally, at first.Status LED: There is a dim green LED visible through a hole at the back of the case. It flickers at less than 100Hz when the unit is turned ON.A Note On Mode Selection: The instruction manual divides the 8 rotary switch positions into 5 groups. However, when tested, the groups were, in order, clockwise: White-light (2), OFF (1), White+Red (1), Red (1), IR (1), IR+White (2). The two modes with two switch detent positions at the end-of-travel for the rotary switch behave as if they are the same mode; they might have been intended to be low/high brightness modes on a different model. When switching between any other modes, the unit turns OFF.Mechanical:Body: Fine; plastic. I can't see a way to break it without applying force directly to the unit. The overall appearance is "fine."Mounting Mechanism: Excellent; single flat-head thumbscrew clamp assembly, with a captive screw. Engages with 0.75 inches of metal, 1.25 inches of plastic. Attached to unit body by two hex-head screws.Pressure Switch Mount: Fine, but untested. A single piece of injection molded plastic. Slides onto Picatinny rail and locks in on each slot. Orange-peel texture; a nice design.Labels: Fine, if new. Unit is supplied unlabelled and includes a sheet of stickers applicable to various models.Rotary Switch Screw Lockout: Fine, Storage holes are secure but are not metal threaded-inserts.Storage Case: Fine, single injection molded plastic part, with four hinged latches. Two egg-crate foam inserts, hiding the Instruction Manual and Label sheet.Instruction Manual: 6-page, Z-fold, black and white, detailed, English, and Chinese; includes high-resolution renditions of the line-drawings seen in the product listing.

For sure there’s other ones that are better but for this price? You can’t beat it, can adjust the laser, the pressure switch works good. Very pleased

Looks great, I work with PEK15s at work but sadly this one didn’t work once I put the batteries in and even tried different batteries !

The build quality is good, the selector switch works and the adjustment knobs work. I dropped my rifle during an airsoft game and the flashlight will no longer come on. The laser still works but it is noticeably more dim than it was before.

This POS is just plastic trash. Does not mount all the way. Is loose. Does not come with batteries and when I purchased batteries to use with it. The item did not work. Pure junk. 5 days on a return refund because they need to receive item before they will believe that its defected. Just very sus business. Item is so flimsy one drop and it's over. And that's why I don't think it survived the shipping process because its straight junk.

I've had this for a few weeks now. It was very easy to install on my S&W M&P Sport and it was easy to adjust and get sighted in. I could not be happier with the quality and performance so far. If I encounter any problems I'll be sure to update my review.
