Where is this manufactured?

This set is a modern copy of an antique set made in Hong Kong by "Royal Glen," most likely between 1952-1972, originally metal plated in silver (rather than plastic plated in chrome, for example). The originals can still be had if you prefer the antique, but it's neat to see that after all this time the design is still being used, even with lesser materials.

Is the mirror about 15 inches around or so?

I gave this as a gift, so I do not have it in front of me but I got out a tape measure and I remember it being just about 15 inches around. It is a very nice set and I was very pleased with it.

Is this product suitable for adult women

Yes, this product has no age. Bristle brush is soft on hair and comb untangles.
