Very good quality and does exactly what I need. The exact same product as a Fitbit but cheaper. Does heart rate, calories, steps, exercise and sleep a much more. It all links to the app on your phone as well. Couldn’t be happier after my Fitbit broke this was the best replacement for me. It’s been 4 months of using it now and there’s been no issues. Highly recommend using this if you are just interested in the basics like steps, time etc
