Good quality, well though out.
Really good size, the pieces are nice and colourful and chunky so perfect for a toddler to hold and really get the feel for the letters. The pictures help her work out what the sound is, and the colours help her see where the piece goes. Seems really good quality, and has withstood a 1 year old having a go!The box it comes in is a good fit, so great for storing it afterwards without pieces going everywhere.Daughter has played with it lots since being given it.

An alphabet jigsaw is an almost essential items for any toddler in my view and Toys of Wood produce a really good version. Both the board and the letters are good and solid - the letters chunky and brightly coloured. I particularly liked the images / information on the board beneath the letters - which give both lower case and upper case versions of the letter in question, along with a sample word and a picture relating to said word. I was pleased to see Violin for V; and the other words chosen are all ones which should appeal to toddlers (train; strawberry, rabbit, zebra, duck, ball etc). I only have one gripe with this product and that is the erroneous spelling of whale (Wale), but hopefully the manufacturers will soon correct this.

Better than expected
Nice bright colours, sturdy and good quality. My 18 month old just throws them around but they are a good size for teaching letters.

Amazing
Our toddler loved it from the moment he saw it and learned the alphabet thru fun and games. He kept showing us those letter asking what it is and now he knows them all

Visually attractive, colour coded and easy to handle for toddlers, with a picture surprise
Grandma purchase for a toddler (2.5). He was attracted by the colours and shape sorting nature of the puzzle. He recognised many of the letters which encouraged speaking and singing of the alphabet song. He loved the picture surprise revealed on lifting each letter. Good that uppercase and lower case letters revealed for each letter which together with the picture encourage early phonics learning.

Lots of learning development opportunities!
So I accidentally purchased two but the item was that good, that I have decided to keep the second as a possible birthday gift. My 2 year old who never sits in one spot and is always running around loves this! I individually wrap each letter which he enjoys helping with. He then unwraps & allocates them in the right place while saying their name and their phonetic name. I have also asked him to hand me a certain letter. I have incorporated maths into this where I take a few out without him looking and he counts how many I have taken and asks for each one back by saying its name. It's only day 1 but I have so many other ideas already so definitely keeping the second one!

Colourful and educational
Very happy with this. Good quality for the price. Colourful letters so kids can learn about colours as well as the letters. My son is 27 months and very interested in the alphabet and he loves playing with it.
