A few items worthy of mention- Would this unit be considered as Fashionable? No. Not likely Will this unit make you the next globally recognized Pathetically Desperate For Attention Social Influencer? In this day and age... Perhaps. It just may. Is this unit functionally practical for its design and purpose? Absolutely. This appliance was an essential necessity and functional part of post-surgery recuperation. I honestly cannot understand any negative reviews whatsoever. If your glasses are a necessity, and if you value life long positive results from your medical procedures, this is the way to go. In closing, I must say that wearing this appliance in public was never a consideration, although It most likely would be considered a smart move, and likely to bring a few smiles towards whomever chooses to do so.

The hook is adjustable and the headstrap is also adjustable and sturdy. Im getting my nose done in march and it will be perfect to hold up my dental loupes at work. Looks kinda dorky but you gotta do what you gotta do lol

Easy to use, helps lift glasses off nose. Progressive glasses we're not set up right. I had to keep lifting to read now I just use these and they work perfectly!

The hook to hold the glasses is very adjustable to fit at any ankle and length, which is great. However the band that goes around your head is way to thin and the texture on the back that touches your skin is not soft at all. The texture of it actually made a wound on my skin. So I had to put clean the wound and put a band aide on that spot. Then put a soft cotton make up pad over it. The wound healed perfect (no scar) but I am still wearing a soft circular make up cotton pad under it. I had heavy duty nose surgery and my nose is really messed up so I can not have my eye glasses sitting on my nose at all, creates permanent dents on the skin. This has worked great for me except that the adjustable band texture that touches the skin on the forhead is not soft and protective enough. Wish I had bought a thin sweat band to put on my forhead and around my head then put this device on top of that. The strap is adjustable and that works great. Overall, I recommend it. The hook holds my glasses off of my nose perfectly.

I have bought several of these and they hold up pretty well. They do relieve the pressure from the nose pad area. I have PHN from face and mouth shingles. These have been great to have to relieve the pain from the pad pressure on the nose area that got some nerve damage.

The manufacturer skimped on materials; a headband at least twice as wide and the same about the moldable retaining element attached to it is needed. Though the contraption works.

I liked that it's lightweight. But, the felt used as a backing doesn't last long at all. Poor quality. And, the sizing isn't for bigger heads. I'm a petite woman and it fit my head circumference at the largest adjustment. If it had been purchased for my husband, there is no way it would have fit him and he's not a large man. The price is too high for the quality. I've had to re-glue it, which isn't a perfect fix by any means. If you need this product for more than a couple of weeks, I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

I had surgery and had to keep my glasses off my nose and these were perfect for working from home...not sure I'd wear them out in public 😂. My doc was impressed with them, I told him you can find anything on amazon and glad I ordered these! The material is soft and the hook in the front is adjustable by bending the metal. Size can be changed by velcro strap.

This weird little strap does exactly what I needed. I wear it around the house when my nose can't take any more time with glasses. It lets me heal up and get back to normal.
