The watch is working amazing and features are good and worth for the money you pay

I bought this watch for my husband at Xmas and the strap broke, so.ordered him another one and recieved it at the end of June 23 and the strap has just broke on that one too, cheap watch but very very poor strap that u can not get replaced

Bought this as a cheap alternative to am expensive fitness watch, daughter absolutely loves it and wants to walk everywhere now

To be honest I haven’t downloaded the app, I read the small print and wasn’t impressed with how they were going to store, distribute and use my data nor was I prepared to give the provider email addresses and such just to have a go with this smart watch. However, unfortunately without using the app the device is pretty limited, you can’t even change the time or date independently.What I can say about it is looks a nice piece fairly comfortable to wear however if like me you have narrow wrists you’ll find this to be rather cumbersome.The charger is unusual and not easy to keep engaged it kept coming off the power supply and was easily knocked.The action/power button is to the left of the screen and is quite sensitive so maybe prone to getting knocked as I kept inadvertently activating it while trying to get the item to sit comfortably on my wrist let alone doing anything active while wearing.To summarise, if I’d known about the app needed to use this item before purchasing I would have kept scrolling. I have previously used similar devices a where apps were optional unlike this one and had assumed that to be the case here too.

Battery life isn't brilliant, the face is a good size. Just to much on it for what it need. Easy set up

Cheap watch with great features and pretty accurate. Would have given this 5 stars when considering the value for money and features but the stap only lasted just over 2 months of light wear, so 3stars is all it gets. Strap started tearing where it meets the watch face.. New strap is nearly the same cost as a new watch. Will rather save and buy one of the more premium smart watches

I am trying to contact the seller as it seems the watch isn’t calculating calories accurately or tracking sleep. My son is only burning a maximum of 200 calories a day even when it shows he’s very active with over 12,000 steps and shows he’s only sleeping 3-5 hours when I have physically seen him sleeping for much much longer.He’s 11, but very interested in these stats which he isnt getting which is causing frustration. Apart from this it’s a good watch.How can I contact someone to check the issues?
