Are there any shower attachments that will fit the monobloc bathroom tap

No it’s just an ordinary hot and cold tap , nowhere to attach a shower attachment.

This tap now drips when turned off. Where can I get a replacement cartridge for tap inner?

My tap doesn’t drip so don’t know the answer.

Just had tap delivered, packaging was unsecured. Tap and washers only in the box, is there supposed to be any other fixings?

Should be 1 tap unit 2 washers or Orings to fit above bath 2 washers to fit below bath And 2 nuts to tighten everything to the bath. Hope this helps Ps there is no flexi pipes if this is what your thinking is missing. And this is a great piece of kit.

Is there a matching basin tap

Yes I have the matching basin tap, it's a single upright 'post' though, with one lever on top. Victoria Plum sell it.
