Very disappointed by the quality of this item. 1.The plastic bit is all scratched.2.The base is black, not golden as shown in the advertising picture.3.The whole in the base is too small and the item can't be put together.4.When asked for a refund I found out that I will need to pay the price for posting the item back to the seller. Which is unfair as they sent me a defected item.

Usually I am really happy ordered 8 of these as I do employee of the month but the last 3 have had no gold base so they can't stand up properly so 3 of them I can't use really disappointing as I order alot and they are not cheap and I do not know who I can contact

Worst thing I have purchased on Amazon! Piece of cheap plastic also no inscription on it! Could have been purchased in pound shop for a quid
