You can't, your phone can only cast to one tv at a time.

Does it turn on automatically with car?

It has an option to either boot up to "Standby" or "Power on Mode" when power is applied. Setting---System---Boot Mode. From there you can select one of the two modes. Standby mode will require the user to press the power button to turn it on. Power on Mode will power it up to the home screen.
