I love Mary Ruth product, this herbal tincture I add it to juice in the cold flu season to improve my immune system.

I just started taking this three times a day, as suggested. It tastes good. I plan to be consistent with it, so hopefully, I will see the benefits in a couple of weeks.

I bought this because it seemed a good brand. I had no negative issues with it.

I love Mary Ruth's products! Th liquids are better for your liver than taking capsules and tablets and are absorbed more readily. I love her products and there is no bitter or unpleasant flavors to deal with.I use once in the afternoon when that "fog" comes after lunch. There are many health benefits., including antioxident. Love this product! It tastes great added to water, morning coffee, or taken directly. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and have noticed that my immune system has been super strong in spite of elevated stress, changing environment and schedule, and other health issues. In addition, the days where I take this supplement in the morning, I experience far more mental clarity throughout the day, as opposed to the days where I forget and don't take it until the evening.

The root of the astragalus plant is used in traditional Chinese medicine to increase stamina and strength. It is now used as a supplement to strengthen the immune system and decrease fatigue.
