Comfortable. Got the wide and there is a lot of room in the toe box.

These are great I do a workout with dance, jump and running moves, they feel good and wear well!

I like that I am able to wear my orthotics with these shoes and that they are washable. I do not like that the shoelaces on this newer version are shorter and hard to lace. Also, on the previous version (and likely on this one too), the inner sides towards the toe scuff easily and a layer or rubber rubs off after awhile. Nice selection of colors though and very comfortable to wear.

Shoe laces are way too short. Can hardly tie a bow. Now I need to order separately. Disappointing!

Love my pink new balance 880 v12. They are pretty much like the 880 v11. New balance always run about 1/2 size small. I had always bought any tennis shoes 1/2 size larger to allow for foot swelling, but with new balance I have to buy a full size bigger. I was also told that at a running shoe store that sells new balance. My last pair of new balance was bought at the store and that helped me to buy the correct size online. These shoes are very comfortable and responsive. I don't think I'll ever again buy anything but new balance again. I had surgery on my ankle a few years ago and it's imperative my shoes are comfortable and fit right. The laces are plenty long enough to double knot and your heel stays secure. Love the pink and have gotten many compliments so far. You won't be disappointed in these shoes, so long as you buy the correct size.
