Perfect. Fits my needs to a tee. Several clips ensure it stays put all day while working. The clip that works best on my left side really pinches my nipple hard. Makes colder days a bit longer. The clip for the right nipple has a lighter spring, that is good because the push to talk runs directly off that nipple and if it was as tight as the left side, it might cause me to grimace while speaking. All in all, great purchase. Comes with an extra ear piece, no instructions, I am thinking of posting a “how to” video on YouTube. 👍🏼

A lot more comfortable than the other hard plastic ear piece. The other one left a welt making my ear sore after 8 hours. I also like how the sound doesn't feel like it's directly inside my hear. Prevents my head exploding from people who talk too close to the radio.

This item interfaces well with my Yaesu VX-6. The sound quality is fine for the price of the item. I am unsure how the microphone sounds, as I have not heard it from the receiving end. My biggest complaint is that the earpiece is not easy to change sides (i.e. left year to right ear). I feel like I am going to rip off the tubing when I try to change it.

No where in the description does it say it is for the right ear only. I can not switch it to the left ear. Would get 5 stars but they are almost useless because they don't change. Disappointed. I bought 10 for my office staff.

Will fit multiple radio models. Cord is somewhat thin so be careful about pulling it too hard. The earpiece can be rotated in the aural tube to fit left or right ear as desired. The microphone hole is just a tiny little hole so keep that near enough to pick up you voice when using the remote PTT switch. The aural tube can be separated from the audio driver. Allow you to be more hands free when using your radio. No need to hand hold the transmitter/receiver. There is a PTT switch on the cord to use when you need to transmit that can be clipped to a convenient location.

I am a firefighter and I use a similar cord with my portable radio at work. When I unboxed this cord I could immediately tell it was of a higher quality than the earpiece I am using now. Unfortunately for me, I failed to read the fine print and this particular version is incompatible with the radio mic we use as both the jack was too big and it also has a push-to-talk button, which I do not need. However, I would not hesitate to order this particular cord in the future if I ever find myself where I could use those features.

This product does not work as advertised. I did not see a way to contact the seller. The product does fit my VX-6R radio. I can listen to incoming audio, but the PTT does not work for transmitting.
