I want to ship this car to Ukraine for a boy's birthday. Is the lithium, recharageable battery in compliance with USPS lithium content allowed?

Pretty sure...I'm not taking the time to look up the in's and out's of USPS bylaws...but they shipped it to my house USPS. Had the "lithium battery inside" sticker

How do you charge battery? does it come with the lithium ion battery charger or do i have to purchase one separately??

The one we got included the USB charging cable, but DID NOT include the USB charger. We had to grab one of our phone chargers to plug the USB cable into.

How well does a marvel legends action figure fit into the seats?

My niece showed me a picture of a small Lego figure in the car Not sure if a taller Marvel figure would fit. Guess it depends on the dimensions.
