Pros: it helps with anxiety. It keeps me calm and cool like a cucumber. It also improves my sleep quality despite having horrible sleep apnea due to a failed septoplasty. Cons: I feel drowsy even 24 hrs after taking them which is both a pro and a con. Overall: I love them, I take 2 or 3 for maximum effect

I really do like this supplement. There have been a couple of times when I have stopped taking it and in about 1 week and I can really tell a difference. Once I start back up its all good again. Helps with being tired, grumpy, depressed, anxious I will keep buying this
