I have wavy hair that I wear both natural and blow straight. it controls the frizz well both ways. It has no hold like a hair spray - it is a soft finish

Q: What's the scent of this hairspray?

The scent smells clean to me, not overwhelming. Love this hairspray! Expensive but just enough hold for me.....which is very little. No stiffness.

Q: Is there a trick to getting the spray button to press down?

It was tricky for me, too, so I had my husband help. He turned it upside down and banged it on the counter. It broke the seal and was then easy to use. I hope you like this product better than I did. I ended up tossing it in the trash because it made my hair so greasy.
