Highly recommended","reviewBody":"I have extremely thick, hard skin that builds up on one heel and has split quite badly. I know I should rub my heel with a file or pumice stone every day, but I have arthritis which makes it awkward for me to bend or raise my feet to reach. I have just spent 8 weeks with the other leg in plaster and the build up of hard skin on the usual heel seems much worse than usual. A chiropodist that I visited seemed quite concerned about how deep some of the splits were.The chiropodist mentioned this product - so I decided to give it a go, found it on Amazon and ordered it.I bought it in a tub (no pump) - it is also available in a pump-container.It is superb - I apply a little in the morning and rub it in well. At night I apply a lot more and I have some small hemp \"moisturising socks\" from Body Shop that I put on just to keep the balm off the bed sheets.
