Good product
I have gluten sensitivity and some other food allergies. This product works well for me helping with indigestion and regulating bowel movement. I am on my fourth jar now.

I absolutely love these! I have purchased several bottles and immediately felt an improvement in my digestion. Great quality, clean ingredients, and worth the price. There's no taste and they're easy to take. Highly recommend!

Consult your doctor first.
It's a good product and worked wonders for me, but then I went to the doctor. As I was taking statins for cholesterol, the berberine in the tablets acted as a statin inhibitor, causing the liver to work much harder because the berberine blocked it. NOTE: Consult your doctor first. The packaging should state this very clearly and be visible.

I'm sure it works great but the residue makes it smell bad.
I just started taking this and I am sure it is great, it is too early to really tell but the only problem I have, so far, is with the packaging. There is some residue/powder all over the inside of the bottle and it makes everything smell... like... cheese. I have to take these with something flavorful after to get rid of that taste and even wash my hands to get the smell off. Not ideal, really. Other than that, I will assume it is doing its job. Hopefully the problem mentioned above can be addressed.

Horrible for me
I took 2 doses of this and ended up have 8 weeks of horrible diarrhea. My gut balance was so disrupted, I could not leave my house in 8 weeks!!! Thank the goodness I work remotely!! My PCP had to prescribe me Xifaxan to stop it. On a good note I lost 12 lbs....🥺
