Felix Cane Pole Dance Mastery: Flexibility

I have my own pole at home so that I can advance in my practice. I only have one lesson a week, and the process is very slow, I like to advance fast and practice a lot. So buying my own pole and these dvds allowed me to go at my own pace. I've already started the first dvd for beginners and it is excellent. The moves are describe clearly and thoroughly. I've already learnt much more with 40 minutes of DVD 1 than 3 lessons of 1 hour and a half. I can't wait to get on to the next ones :) The dvd set also includes warm up exercises and a flexibility dvd. I don't regret buying this set!

The flexibility exercises are good, I was pretty happy with that. BUT the instructor doesn't talk enough. At least 15 times throughout the DVD she had moved to a different position or changed legs without saying so. You learn this pretty quick, so I had to keep looking at screen to see if it was time to switch. Not too easy to keep twisting your neck around, lifting your head etc .. while deep stretching. Also too expensive, I paid €28 with delivery etc. Otherwise I'm happy.

I bought this DVD as a motivator to help me begin stretching at home. Its great for beginners as well as showing alternative more advanced stretches for the more flexible viewer. I like the pace of the moves and how the stretches are categorized into areas of the body so you can just work specific areas if you wish. Great value for money and recommended for anyone new to stretchig.

Have always marvelled at Felix Cane's pole dancing so who better to teach me! Her video is very well paced and designed. Her explanations are just right. She's even a bit pudgy in the videos which I love! So strong, gorgeous and inspiring.

I own a lot of pole dance dvd titles... But this one certainly gives you more intense training on how to gain more flexibility in all joints... you learn how to work up to mastering complete flexibility all over; with dedication you will achieve amazing results with doing this just 2-3 times a week... quicker if you complete it before and after pole work!! And include this after sessions in the gym!! xx

This DVD is wonderful. The warm-up actually warms you up, and the stretches are fairly easy to do correctly. After 3 weeks I've already seen an amazing development, and it can be used by people on both beginners and advanced levels. The only thing missing is constant a verbal que as to when to change into another stretch, as Felix forgets sometimes.

Its a workout, not just stretching, I feel the warm up part is a little too intense. Otherwise great
