Supposed to be High quality? Made in Thailand?

Our foods are manufactured in Thailand in facilities that also make food for people-much of the food for people goes to the US, EU, Australia, and Japan. Thailand is a world leader in producing foods for people around the globe, and much of the world's tuna fish supply for people comes from Thailand (Thailand is also a top chicken producer for people). As exports are the driving force behind the Thai economy, there are strict governmental regulations in place to ensure the safe handling of food for people and pets. Also, the processing standards from both the supply and production side must meet strict international standards. The process entails quality control standards that include keeping the factory in a condition where it can pass multiple annual inspections performed by international entities and third-party auditors, each under strict scrutiny. Such inspections ensure that we abide by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems, meeting the demands of the global market. Perhaps the strictest human processing standard is called the British Retail Consortium (BRC). A grade of "A" on the BRC standard is regularly earned. What we urge is a focus on a company and their quality control as opposed to country of origin. We do not have to look too far back into the news to see the many US recalls on both human food and pet food…far many more recalls than even China. We cannot think of any Thai plants incurring a recall in recent memory. No country is immune. There are of course many companies in various countries, and these companies will abide by varying quality control and safety measures. I hope that is helpful. Are the pouches bpa free and the canned food can bpa. free

The pouches are made from polymer plastic with an aluminum lining, and they are BPA free. As for BPA, the inner lining of Weruva's 2.8, 3, 5.5oz cans are free of BPA and other epoxodized resins. On the 10 oz can, it is a little different. If you look on the inside of a can of this size compared to a smaller can, you will note that there is an inner seam. The smaller cans can be made on one sheet whereas a couple of pieces are used on the larger sizes. Where the pieces are fused together typically must have some sort of stronger lining so as to protect the food from the can and can from the food, and BPA is used there. The rest of the lining is BPA free.

What is the shelf life of this product?

Each packet Hasán expiration date—about a year.

Why is this not available for up to a month now, I was able to get it next day or two days?

When Amazon runs out of stock, they put it available when they expect their next delivery. You can certainly purchase from a seller and have it shipped out rather than using Amazon who has no stock at this time.
