Works great as long as it's a normal bottle and not a fancier shape. Foam does tear at the seam with fancier shape bottle.

This is a cheap piece of junk. It's sad that the piece that bolts onto the metal bracket is a piece of plastic and broke when I tried to tighten it down. Now I will need to find another cupholder and I'm out the money I paid. Even though I gave it one star it really doesn't deserve that.

I bought this unit as a replacement for an identical unit that was crushed when I low sided my bike.I am disappointed. The first one was better. The replacement has an attachment ring that it noticeably out of round. This causes the attachment points to bind, preventing the gimbal mechanism from working smoothly. There was no damage to the carton when I received it. The attachment ring looks like it was hand formed.The attachment of the gimbal rings are made by rivets. I am not sure how much force they will be able to handle.Note that the design of this holder is suited for 12 oz cans or 12-16 oz bottles. Anything taller, like my favorite 9" mug, will flip out of the carrier.The carrier has a removable interior liner and a bottom pad. I lost the bottom pad, it was blown out when riding, so be sure to tack it down with some adhesive. The pad prevents cans from rattling in the holder.The attachment for this assembly is great. It is well machined and polished. It includes a rubber strip to prevent the chrome on the handle bars from being scraped off. It is very sturdy and looks great.

This product has come in useful for me several times already, and I like it very much. I can now carry some drink and not be forced to stop more often than is required for gas. There are foam inserts that can be removed to allow it to accommodate different size drinks. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars vs 5 is that one of the mounting bolts seems to come loose at random. It seems there should be some sort of washer to alleviate that. However as long as I keep on top of that before my ride it is an excellent product that I will continue to use.

I love this drink holder so far. Very well made.I was a little confused at first on how to mount it because there wasn't any real instructions, however, it was fairly easy to figure out.I've haven't experienced any rattling noises with it as stated in other reviews but I also have it mounted very securely.I will be buying my husband one!

It broke off and fell to the highway very shortly after install. Not happy. Nothing in hand to return... I will get a fixed cup holder next time-No Moving Parts!
