The top is a bit wobbly but it is worth persevering and holding one nostril closed and pump a few times because it does work good, i basically do it every morning, the doctor wanted to give me steroids for my issue for the the inflammation in one nostril, this does it, and naturally, whats not to like? the wobbly top, im sure the manufacturers will fix it soon but it wouldn't stop me using it anyway . The solution works well if used regularly and makes my nose feel much more comfortable, but I do agree with some other reviewers about the poorly-fitting nozzle - I've never before seen one quite like it. The first few times I used it, the nozzle came off sideways and hurt the inside of my nose. I now use it as if I'm cupping the nozzle to hold it on, and press it at the same time. If I find with continued use that it works better than other saline sprays I'll keep using it, otherwise I'll return to another make with a more reliable nozzle.

Easy to use, as what is described on the bottle.

The media could not be loaded. I'm happy with the product. It's not too salty and clears out my nasal canal fast whilst not drying it. The taste is pleasant enough and it doesn't make me gag like some other sprays. If you are looking for something natural for a short term relief and an extra help then this is a good product with a great application spray nozzle.

I was happy with the first bottle but the second one leaked before it got to me, it was inside the the box.

The product is probably OK, but the delivery system (nozzle onto the container) is so difficult to locate and use to make it not worth the trouble. I will not be buying this again. Of course it could just be me not getting the system right, but I don’t think so.

I've had a bad cold during last winter and was left with this unpleasant feeling in my throat/nasal area like something was still there and was bothering me. So I tried several natural, nasal remedies but none seemed to alleviate the unpleasant feeling until I found this one. It is a large receptacle and you probably will have it for a while but I have to say, it helped a lot and I am still using it whenever I feel my nose a bit congested, rather than use something medicated, I use this and it helps.

i thought this stuff was amazing, it worked very quick and very easy to use, i have tied other nasal sprays, but they made no differance, this is more expensive that others, but it worked for me, so it was well worth the money.
