These seem OK but aren't as flexible as I though they would be, so needed cutting down to fit inside our trays (the previous ones are more like a woven fabric and sit inside the trays and over the edges.

Nice quick delivery
Nice quick delivery, and work brilliantly on my charcoal barbecue. Does reduce the cooking heat quite a bit so things do need cooking for longer and you don't get the same crispness as cooking over direct coals but certainly makes cooking and clean up easier.

Thicker = better
Much better than the thin ones I was using before. I just cut in 1/2 to fit my roasting pan & roasting trays.
