It works great! Very aesthetically pleasing, you can even have it on just for looks without it blowing heat. Easy install for our project!

Very happy with the heater!
So cool! I moved into a home with a fireplace that had been sealed so I wanted an electric insert. This fits perfectly and looks very nice! I like being able to have the flames with or without heat! I left the heat on while we had dinner and when I came back to the room, it was nice and toasty! I turned the sounds on for a few seconds but felt they didn't add to its appeal.

This Is A Nice Heater.
This thing is great. It keeps you warm and has really cool flames. I enjoy listening to the simulated sounds of the flames.

Warm again
We replaced the fireplace in our old entertainment unit. We are seniors but we were able to install it with ease. It is not as 3D as our original unit. But the heat works great.

Elegant looking and cozy feeling
Gave this to my parents. Look very elegant and it makes them sleepy before bed to watch the colors. I recommend it. First heater that doesn’t make my allergic mom sneeze.

Received defected fire place thy my
fireplace right out the box was malfunctioned and never worked. The codes are E3 and F3. We are still waiting for a replacement fireplace. I am very disappointed!

Nice hot air and beautiful to look at
This is excellent! The one we had bought from the furniture store let go suddenly and purchased this. It got to me in the usual two days and is so easy to install in the regular fireplace mantle not the other came in. It’s just a few screws so all you need is a Phillips head screwdriver. It is lightweight and the flames look real. It does not look cheap at all and we are a picky family . I would definitely buy from the seller again
