I initially bought an Akai alarm clock from a high street store but ended up having to return it for a refund as the buttons were far too small making it virtually impossible to do the most basic function.This clock has a large digital display that can be dimmed to avoid disturbing you during the night, but is also bright enough that you can easily see the time when you're half asleep. The buttons to set up the clock, alarms and radio are made from rubber which sit proud on the top making it easy to use. The power cable could be a bit longer as its not much more than a metre in length,..There are 2 separate alarms , which both can be set to wake you up to the buzzer option or the radio. The radio has some pre set stations but I found that I had to tune the radio manually in order to avoid lots of interference noise. I Purchased this for the AM (Radio 5) and this is awful so if you want the AM forget it. Okay for FM and the rest of it. The timer is Big and bright and very good. I am going to have to buy something else as i need radio 5.

Great little clock radio! Bought for a present for my mother. Numbers are big enough to see without glasses, she doesn't use alarm, but radio reception is great. Easy to set up and use would definitely recommend for the price.

For the price this is an exceptional little clock radio alarm. Easy to set up although instructions are in VERY small print. Get your magnifying glasses out people. Excellent quality compact and easy to use.

The number digits on the alarm clock i received were only 1,2 inches high, not 1,5 inches as the description on the relevant Amazon page claimed. As i am terribly shortsighted, this is a huge difference for me. I cannot return this anymore, as the 30 days have expired. Not happy at all.

A wonderful little alarm clock radio. Large display so can be seen easily from the other side of the room. Simple to set and use. Highly recommended

Does not work well. Lots of effort to get a channel and slight move the reception is affected and you have to go through channel selection again.

For the price this is very good, so easy to set up, good large clock numerals, and very good radio sound.
