This item seems very well made, yet quite light. It was easy to assemble and simple to adjust for comfort. The highest resistance is surprisingly adequate for a strong, 95 kg 71 year old who, at 66, used to lift 100 kg quite easily on the adductor/adductor machine in the gym. (I stopped going during Covid lockdowns and have not returned. I do many exercises in my shed, but not for the inner thighs.) The red padding could have been a bit softer, but I quickly got used to it. I highly recommend this for firming up the inner thighs. I even noticed an improvement in my lower leg muscle engagement while walking after using it for the first time, and after the 2nd use, I felt greater muscle engagement in my quads and hips too.

I really do like this exercise equipment because it's compact and it has different resistance levels doing different exercises, thighs, shoulders arms. You really do feel the effects, great exercises. This is a well made solid equipment, that has the faintest tiniest bit of weight. Shame it didn't come with its own storage bag.

It says it exercises yr pelvic floor. It is a leg exerciser only. Bit misleading information. Product is good quality Product tho. Sadly not for pelvic floor muscles.

Very uncomfortable to use and therefore not likely to get any benefit. Overall not great quality or value

easy to put together and easy to use a good purchase.i will review again in 6 months to see if it worked.

Bought for girlfriend to help with incontinence I haven’t made her laugh in a while so will have to give update.

Product is sturdy, fine, but we are lazy:) We have a good feeling that it is lying in the next room and we can use it at any time. We just lack that strong will:)
