I bought this to increase my iodine levels and help to regulate hormones in the case of estrogen dominance which is causing things like hirsutism and excess fat around the stomach. It has only been 2 weeks. I started off with 1 tablet a day but after a few days increased to 2 tablets a day. I havent noticed a change in energy levels but my skin has improved in texture. Suddenly very smooth in appearance even the pored look smaller. The big change has been a noticeable increase in the length of my eyelashes to the point where I got out of the shower and was startled when I looked in the mirror because I looked like I was wearing semi permanent false lashes. I have been taking these with a DIM supplement and Yarrow Tea. My last period was much lighter in flow with no clots

Bought for hair loss & growth as I have been losing loads due to iron-deficiency anaemia & PPI medications. With scepticism I bought these but after 4 weeks I noticed my hair had stopped falling out & there was hardly any loss in the plughole or on my brush! After 8 weeks my hair looks thicker & has grown almost 2 inches! Have repurchased another 2 bottles!I do take 2 a day instead of the recommended 1 but noticed no side effects. My skin is also brighter & smoother. I haven’t noticed any energy improvement but I do have health issues so......Not difficult to swallow, no flavour & no after-burp!

Have been using these for a couple of years now. I feel that really helped with the fatigue and energy levels, so have continued using. I did switch over to a different brand for awhile, but within a week the fatigue returned! These are the ones I will keep on buying

We've been using these Innopure Sea Kelp capsules for quite a while now and have both seen an improvement in the condition of both hair and nails. Not sure what affect this will have on my under active thyroid but I guess I'll find out after my next blood tests. I think we'll continue to use these for a good while yet. Also, love the ethos of this company and their support for Vitamin Angels.

I have used another brand, decided to try this because it was a bit cheaper.Waste of money, has done absolutely nothing!No difference at all to my hair or nails, and no difference in my Thyroid function (I get regular blood tests).The other brand is FAR superior, will not buy Innopure again.Disappointed.
