Perfect for babies

My little was congested for a while. These were definitely worth the buy. They were not as strong as the normal Vicks which was perfect for the baby. It lasted a couple of hours and then I tossed it away, worth the buy, will buy again if I need it.

Misleading

Thought I was receiving the clip and pad refills for $15.99 but only received the pad refills. Can't even purchase the clip separately. Not eligible for return either. Definitely wouldn't have ordered had I known that for that price.
