Q: Does the 1750 come with pluck and pull foam?

Q: Can this be mounted on a roof rack?

No factory provisions are provided for permanent mounting to a vehicle roof rack. Although, securing it on top would be easy using any combination or tie-downs or come-alongs. Although securing it from theft would be more difficult using these temporary methods. An alternative method would be bolting through the bottom of the case directly into the roof rack, but then you will have small holes in the case and expose the contents to weather if it were ever used as a stand alone case again.

Q: Is this a single or a double? i have a ba 300wm and 308 i want to travel with.

You could fit two but it it will depend on scope size and barrel length. It will be really tight.

Q: Does this come with foam? If so is it the solid foam or pluckable foam?

You can take it out of the case but it is a solid piece of foam
