First it tells you wait 3days for it to shape I can’t figure what shape it so be a piece of real garbage

This is the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. My arm will be in a cast for weeks to come. I was really looking forward to getting this. Pictures are after letting it sit overnight to take shape. It did not.
