Great value
Very good quality panel especially for the money. tested in the sun and performs as advertised or better. its appearance is not exactly the same as in the picture, it does have 36 cells, the one in the picture has 54, so they need to update their picture. 36 cells is the correct amount for a 12 V nominal system, so there is nothing wrong with the panel it just looks a little different than the photo. i intend to use it to trickle charge my van that sits a lot without being driven so the battery slowly drains. this should be a perfect size for that.

Some creativity needed for mounting.
This panel keeps the deep cycle battery that powers my boat lift motor well charged. My only complaint (and it's minor) is that it did not come with any mounting hardware or any electrical connections. They leave that last detail up to the owner. I attached mine to a piece of metal conduit on the pier with u-bolts. It seems to be secure. Be careful when drilling new holes, there is little room behind the mounting flange. Time will tell how well this holds up to the weather but so far it's working.. May 2020, I'm on the second summer with this installation and it still works great. Adding a charge controller next week to keep the battery from over charging.

Great Panel, but lacking any hardware to mount!
The panel itself feels like good quality - nice and sturdy and I’m getting a great charge on my little 32ah deep cycle on my enclosed trailer. I previously had a tiny 3watt solar panel, and it just wasn’t enough to keep the battery topped off. With two of these 10watt panels charging at over 1amp, it should have no problems keeping up now. Looks great installed and feels very sturdy. One big issue that turned what should have been a 30 minute install into a 3hr ordeel was that it didn’t come with any hardware to mount it! I knew this when I bought it but just thought I’d look for a bracket kit with good reviews. The problem is the screws with that bracket kit we’re all too long to work with this panel. I had to cut every bolt, then clean the threads up. Took forever and could have been avoided if this panel simply came with nuts and bolts that fit the holes in this panel. Might have cost an additional $1 for the manufacturer to include this simple & helpful hardware. That’s the ONLY reason this product doesn’t deserve a 5 star.

Sturdy and reliable so far, not the easiest to install
I bought two NewPowa panels for a solar-powered automatic door on my chicken coop. The first one was a polycrystalline model (same wattage, slightly larger); that one was harder to install, since the holes on the panel frame weren't quite big enough and had to be tapped out for the mounting screws which came with the (separately purchased) mounting brackets. This one, the monocrystalline model, had holes which didn't require any extra drilling, but I did still have to buy the mounting hardware separately. And it's a bit tricky to install; holding the nut inside the frame while arranging the bracket and bolt would be easier with a third hand, and there's not a lot of room. But it's doable. The panel itself seems quite sturdy, and so far is putting out reliable power. You can get the mounting brackets from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0819MJ33Q I'm using the two panels with this charge controller and a 12V lead-acid battery: https://www.amazon.com/SolarSynthesis-Controller-Waterproof-Lead-Acid-Discharge/dp/B07FCS2P4B

For a cheap panel, this over performs
i have bought 2 of these, at separate times. I bought the first one to charge a 6ah 12v battery in my shed to power some 12v fans on a temperature circuit to keep it ventilated in the heat. I just bought a 2nd one as a upgrade to add extra power for some more fans, and fitted to the solar controller i bought these keep both batteries fully charged even when fans are running all day, even on days where the weather isn't ideal. My only gripe is how hard to mount they are. The screw holes are to hard to get to, so i ended up bounding them to the shed roof. I guess they are made to fit a rack, and i was unable to find one that worked. Well worth the money, but must be fitted with controller because peak unloaded power is 22v, (normal for a solar panel incase you didn't know) so it would kill a 12 volt battery without one.

Good, basic little solar charger.
Nice, simple little solar panel. Note: the panel is sold with no plug or clips on the wiring - you will need to solder/attach what ever clips you intend to use to attach the panel to your 12v car or vehicle battery. This is the 2nd 12v solar charger I've purchased. The other was $5-$10 more, but included alligator clips to attach to your battery as well as suction cups to keep the panel stuck to a windshield or body panel. This simpler set up works fine provided you're okay with installing your own alligator clips.

The quality is very good. I installed this and I don’t need to charge my doorbell every time.

Deceptive description and picture
Deceptive add shows a charge controller in the picture. This does not come with a charge controller for overcharge protection. Will be returning this.
