VALERIA ALL IN ONE COMBINED BIDET TOILET WITH SOFT CLOSE SEAT

We bought the combined toilet bidet due to lack of space in the bathroom. It is a year old and is working very well. Before we had it installed, the lid of the cistern was found to be cracked. The seller did not hesitate in replacing it for which we are very grateful. Would highly recommend.

Overall very impressed, the Valeria is a quality item. The quality of the finish rivals much more expensive WC's. Although the first cistern was cracked in transit (these things happen), a replacement was sent the next day I contacted radiatorsuk several times with questions before I decided to buy and always received prompt repplies. I installed it myself, fairly straightforward although arranging the warm water supply was a bit fiddly. Be aware that if you install it yourself that there are special rules that apply to bidet's .These are to ensure that contaminated water sannot get back into the supply..

I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing this item due to very poor quality ceramics being used in the manufacture. The toilet was fitted by a very experienced professional plumber and was working perfectly, however after about 6 months and very little use as it is in a spare bathroom, the cistern cracked from top to bottom as shown in the pictures and flooded the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. The toilet had not been used for at least 3 weeks prior to it breaking so it had not been knocked or damaged, and I can only put this down to very poor product materials being used. Plumber said he had not seen anything like that in his 30 years of plumbing, and it seems I am unable to receive any sort of refund despite this being less than 12 months old. Very dissatisfied with product and service!!

Discovered these toilets in Turkey absolutely brilliant did get a plumber to install , already purchased a mixer valve to allow warmer water to bidet. Some buys are good some you never use this one hits the mark..in more ways than one

It was delivered it within 4 hours of ordering, But my English plumber took a long time to install it because he was busy in doing other work in my home. But he was doing the bidet toilet for the first time so he could not work out as how to do it? Finally he installed it that too using a thermostat in order to get hot and cold water. Though he has not completed it as yet but in advance I am reviewing it although it has taken two months since I bought this as plumber was doing my two other bathrooms. Highly recommended.

My initial review was incorrect as I misinterpreted the dimensions of the item advertised. What I got is what I ordered and Ultra Bathroom has graciously offered to refund the item and replace it with a more suitable substitute.

So far so good. Very pleased with quality and function

Part are flimsy, it leaks. Virtually no instructions as the one come with are not well written. The bidet will not work with avarage tank feedwater system. Far too expensive. We had to go to plumming shop to buy sealants, joints to make in to a basic toilet.
