Helped with the itchiness in my ears. Yes it does smell of garlic but not too overwhelming. It is a bit messy but as long as you have a tissue handy can be coped with.

A bit stinky, but it’s done wonders for my dog. He gets lots of wax and every now and then his ears get so clogged up, so hoping this will prevent it. So far, they look healthier which is a good sign.

Herb Pharm's mullein garlic compound is a herbal tincture made up of several ingredients including calendula flower and St. John's Wort. All ingredients are claimed to be organic and `wildcrafted', carefully harvested for optimal potency. This compound is an effective antibiotic against a range of minor infections (particularly ear infections) but unlike antibiotics has no known side effects. The product is very effective in moderate dosage. The 1 fl oz bottle is enough to last one month or so, if taken 2-3x/day. A dropper is supplied, connected to the screw-cap. Good product, good price. It really helps if you have an ear infection, but don’t use it without consulting your doctor because it’s not for all kinds of infections

First night I put these in the dogs ears they slept so did I! It’s loosened a lot of grease and cheaper than vets bill! I’m really happy with the result, once I have all black grease out I’ll use occasionally as a preventive treatment worth every penny just a bit smelly but so was grease in ears and yeasty smells

If you are a tinnitus sufferer you must try this oil,if you use it every night in each ear and if you sleep with some drops in your ear you can notice that tinnitus lowers in volume a lot,so at least you can sleep better,in long term not sure if it helps a lot with tinnitus,but with how tinnitus is hard to cure this oil is really helpfull and in the mean time helps you to get rid of infections and pains...and also good for young children...and its all organic without additives,very good quality
