Hestan Provisions OvenBond – 12" x 15" Tri-ply Medium Sheet Pan

Fantastic quality. Will last me all my life I'm sure. Love the handles. Cleans up well with barkeepers. Doesn't pop in the oven like cheap aluminum baking pans. Do it right and food won't stick....but in the case that food does stick, it washes off pretty easily. Or you could use a silicone mat on it, but then why even get this if you do that method!

I bought this medium sheet pan and then after using it for a while I splurged on the set of Hestan baking sheets. I was tired of aluminum baking sheets that were coated with non-stick material - I never thought they were healthy to use, so I was glad to find these. These are heavy and durable and feel as though they will last a lifetime. They conduct heat beautifully and I use mine under the broiler regularly. I cool them slightly and then fill them with hot tap water and dish soap to soak and clean-up is a breeze. They discolor slightly when cooking fatty foods, but they are baking sheets and not serving trays, so it's no big deal - I suppose if I was bothered by it, I could soak them in vinegar and the discoloration would go away. I love them and am so glad that I have them! They are definitely worth it!

Very nice pan

Heavy duty. I'm trying to get away from aluminum cookware and this stainless steel pan his the mark. I've used it several times to cook bacon for 40 minutes at 400°F and it has not warped in the oven. Nice looking.

I’m very mixed about these. They are an excellent cooking surface If you don’t care how they look. They scratch very easily, but can’t be beat on a smoker, gas grill or oven. So far no rust and have had them for almost a year. And they clean up very easily with a little soak of hot water and dish soap. ALWAYS USE A SOFT DISH RAG TO WIPE THEM CLEAN!!!!

Have all sizes and replaced all the crap plastic and inferior sheet pans. Yeah, costs a bit but bought the last ones with these

Beautiful, thick, easy to pick up with oven mitts, and health-safe. Worth every penny, IMO.

Best ever. Expensive but in the following half year from first purchase, we bought multiple and replaced all our trays. They are thick, not warping, strong, really stainless luxury look and feel. No regrets.
