This is easily the best standing desk converter ever. I have used two other types before and this wins hands down. Sturdy. Perfect ergonomic design. Genuinely straight back and neck. It fits naturally on my desk and I feel better already. I hope my son steals it so I can buy another. Also outstanding customer care. A minor issue about the cable hook. User issue of course. They called, advised. All sorted. Brillant. It is a bit more in terms of cost than the others you might come across. You pay for what you get. This is worth every penny. Great product but the Price is a bit high, I could have this made for a lot less.

I used to use a standing desk at work and got this for working from hime. As you can see I have bought an extra laptop stand to place on the top shelf to raise the screen another 10-12inches. I am 6ft 3 and the extra stand is essential. If you were 5'10 you might be ok but I'd still get an extra stand with some more lift. As you can see you also need a wireless mouse and keyboard as you don't want to be trying to do that up in the air! Finally - the product is wonderful in terms of aesthetics and design/practicality. I wouldn't have bought anything else but it's still crazy expensive for some cut out plywood. I continue to think it was well worth it though.

Really nice addition to my home office, especially since my back is screaming at me to ‘get up’ when I am working. Easy to assemble and a nice extra gift in the box. Contacted customer support for a quick query and they were very responsive. More expensive than other products on the market but I did order a similar item from another vendor and was sent a rattan garden mirror instead. Also, looking at reviews for similar products on Amazon, the wood seemed cheap and overrall not very sturdy. This item is sturdy, easy to assembly and the guide wires add extra stability. Warmly recommended!

From box to setup literally took 30 seconds. No nuts, bolts or Allen keys - just slot together and voila! It’s relatively small and packs flat making it is easy to travel with and take into the office. I also love the aesthetic natural feel of this standing desk. Unlike some of the other monstrosities on the market which are all made from metal and plastic and feel quite imposing, Humbleworks have designed a genuinely beautiful looking standing desk that is both functional and a joy to look at. I originally wanted a standing desk to help with my posture and back pain. I had tested out other desks that go up and down but I found that I still faced down looking at the screen which craned my neck so wasn’t really solving the problem. I would highly recommend this standing desk converter.

Nicely made and easy to assemble. Does what it says and is study on my normal desk. The keyboard test is not that wide so with a big keyboard like I have there is little room for the mouse. I added an extension plate so now fixed.

My daughter brought this back in 2020 when the pandemic hit. She has to stand up whilst working due to back issues and this does not disappoint. It is extremely easy to disassemble and reassemble and she can take it to different locations if needs be as it’s not too heavy to cart around. She ordered many different products before this one which just didn’t work for her as they were never the right height or were a bit on the cheap side. The bottom shelf where the keyboard and mouse go is not quite big enough but she just has her keyboard on a slant so that her mouse can fit comfortably. It could be a bit wider to enable the keyboard to sit straight with the mouse. My daughter is 5ft2 and has this sitting on the dining room table and it is a perfect height for her. She invested in a monitor screen which fits nicely on the top shelf if you didn’t want to use your laptop as a screen.

I bought Stan 1 (one of their desks). I use it with my 15 inch MacBook Pro. I have an extended Bluetooth Apple keyboard that fits on the standard shelf (that comes with it) but there was no room for my wireless mouse. However, I was able to buy the wider shelf separately directly from HumbleWorks. It's solid and built well. I like the birchwood construction vs some other metal contraption.

Usato sia per lavorare al computer sia per leggere in piedi. Ad più' di un mese dall'acquisto l'odore del legno e' molto forte ma questo non e' necessariamente una nota negativa. Occupa abbastanza spazio sopra la scrivania, ma meno di altri standing desk usati da colleghi.

Looks so clean and elegant on top of any surface you choose to set this up on. Very sturdy and easy to assemble/disassemble. The lowest shelf setting is about 7.5 inches above the table surface, and each shelf setting is about 1.5 inches apart. I used a folding aluminum phone stand to set up my portable monitor above the laptop. FYI, there is an extra piece which I think is the cut out from the base. I've been using it as an extra shelf for small peripherals (you can see it in the photo under the top shelf - forgot to remove it before I took the photo).

I was looking for a small profile, lightweight, stylish sit-stand desk converter, and the Stan 1 by Humbleworks appears to fit the bill. I am waiting to see if there's a video the company can share on how to break down and pack the product for easy transport. That's really my only hesitation. I spent about 6 weeks researching a variety of options, including the "Original DeskStand" on Etsy, but what it came down to were the dimensions. The Stan 1 was the slimmest, lightest, and yet still strong and functional that ACTUALLY can bring a laptop to eye level. The product feels like it should be in an IKEA catalog due to design, but really, it's WAY better quality than anything you'd ever buy at IKEA.

I am absolutely THRILLED with this desk. In this era of WFH I was challenged to find a desk that would allow me to bring my laptop to eye level and not take up much space. All other desks I found were made for use with big monitors and I needed something that would work with just my laptop. The adjustable slats allowed me to put my laptop at the perfect height. And as far as space goes- I live in a very small space really wanted something quite minimal. I can break it down and store it easily each night and for the weekend. Very easy to put together. Took about 5 mins. And it's super cute. Again, I'm absolutely THRILLED!
