I COULD NOT WALK WITH PLANTERS, AND WAS TOLD BY A DOCTOR HE RECOMMENDED I TRY THEM , I ,DID AND NOW MY WIFE IS USING THEM,ACHES IN THE FEET ,USE THESE THEY DO WORK VERY WELL AND VERY COMFORTABLE AS WELL.

As comfortable as other brands I have used previously, give the right kind of support and easy to cut to size. Quoted at a reasonable price and I would buy from this seller again.

Had plantar faciitis years ago and ended up having surgery to remove 2 heel spurs. It was successful but now seems to have come back again. I do a lot and I mean a lot of walking and noticed my left heel was sore and aching, right where it was before. Unfortunately the NHS no longer treats people for podiatry problems in my area unless they are diabetic and private orthotics can cost over £100. So when I saw these I thought I would give them a try.Obviously they aren't going to be as good as custom made ones, but then at £3 odd for a pair I wouldn't expect them to. I was pleasantly surprised though, they are a hard insole, not soft and I find the arch support digs into my arch a bit and feels a bit uncomfortable to start with. I mainly wear trainers for walking in, as these were recommended by my NHS podiatrist years ago. They aren't the most comfortable insole I have ever worn but they do the job and its worth persevering with them. They are true to size. I am a UK size 6. And they have very quickly made a difference to my heel pain. Some trainers I have are a bit too shallow and my foot doesn't feel secure when wearing the insoles, like it's going to pop out, but if you have a deeper trainer these should be fine.I have found the arch support takes the weight off my heel and hopefully will remove the stress of walking. I am also doing the stretches that are recommended on the internet to stretch the tendons in my foot and am hoping that together it will stop my heel feeling any worse. Pleased with my purchase and they are very good value for money.

This is my first time buying Orthotic insoles, and i have to say im impressed with the good quality and the difference the support has made after wearing them only 2 days. I was having alot of severe pain in my foot, unable to walk on my heel for long periods of time. Initially, there was some discomfort using the insoles, but to be expected adjusting my feet with the extra support. My pain has significantly reduced in my foot within 2 days, i can now walk on my heel. I will be ordering more to add to all my shoes. Definitely recommend

Marginal help to the problem, tends to go flat fairly quick.

An absolute relief for my feet, in fact I would say that these were a real bargain as the pain in my heels disappeared after a few minutes.

Bought these for help with my ITB syndrome, and these worked extremely well !! Can cut the insole to size, so fit my shoes great. It is hard, not squishy at all so I was sceptical at first but does not rub at the heal or cause blisters and really does support the arch very well, and I really think if it was softer it wouldn’t work as well. I didn’t even really notice how much my feet hurt until I started wearing these and the pain went.Of course, I’m using these in conjuncture with physiotherapy, and it’s not a magic fix all your problem won’t disappear over night but it is good support. It definitely takes a while to get used to them, so no 3 mile hike straight away you have to build it up. They do make trainers fit a little tighter, so if you’re a size 5 maybe get some 5.5 trainers if you have fat feet like me, but it’s not really necessary.:)
