Product arrived on time and very well packaged. I always read Amazon customer reviews before I purchase anything. This particular one removes blood. From past experience I always use cold water when I 'm trying to remove stains. Cold water I find will loosen stains and make it easier for the product to do its magic. Blood is a very common stain to remove from clothing; as it tend to be a bit stubborn. After a few attempts it should slowly start fading and with some gentle elbow grease disappear altogether. I'm sure one could use this product for other stains. The instructions are very easy to follow, as with all cleaning products I always wear rubber gloves to protect my hands. Happy cleaning/washing!

Was l;ooking for a replacement for BioTex to remove stains. This is not a product to soak away stains, it works by working the stain out of the item. Not so convenient either, but it does work.

Love these HG stain removers. Great that you can buy ones specific for a certain type of stain. Bit expensive, but you dont have to use the whole bottle each time as the product suggests. Blood stain remover works really well.

First time it didn’t work, but then I prewashed it, applied it and left it in the machine overnight, keep it damp and wet-ish with a jar of water, and then give it a normal wash cycle the 2nd day and all the blood stains are gone!

Complete and utter waste of money. Followed instructions exactly, and nothing! The blood stain didn’t even lighten. Also tried the product neat which didn’t work either. If I didn’t have to pay for the return it would have been sent back.

Didn't know what to expect, comes in powder form so i may have add to much or to little water as only lightened the stain so may be down to me

HG Stain Away Produkt 4 hat sich selbst bei intensiver Behandlung eines Jahre alten Blutflecks auf einem beigen Kleidungsstück als wirkungslos erwiesen.

Also an die Versprechen über das Mittel kann ich mich nicht anschliesen, ich habe einen Minifleck,eher ein Spritzer Tomatensoße auf einem weisen Kleidungsstück, ich habe einiges probiert und dann bin ich auf dieses Wundermittel gestosen was aber genau den selben Effekt hat wie die anderen, nämlich gar keinen! Das Zeug hat nicht mal Anzeichen gemacht das es überhaupt helfen kann. Und zu guter letzt muss man auch gleich 2 Kaufen oder man bekommt es nicht, riesen Schweinerei aber wer weis warum das so ist, vielleicht weil sie dadurch los bekommen :-)))
