This is the cheapest citicholine on Amazon. Just received it and it is absolutely 100% choline bitartrate. That is the cheaper choline that is absorbed differently. How do I know? I've been taking both variations for years. I open the capsules and ingest the contents directly as I have difficulty swallowing capsules. Citicholine has a very distinct taste.. Similar to an odd powdered sugar. It is mildly sweet and creamy in taste.The bitartrate version is completely different in taste. It has a tart, acrid taste that is quite unpleasant.This product is obviously the latter. I could have bought this for years and been deceived if not for opening capsules.It's also the exact price of the cheaper bitartrate.This was also the most difficult return I've ever done on Amazon. A very different process that required a mandatory call to Amazon and about an hour of time.

There are two sizes of capsules in the bottle. Could someone weigh one of each to see if they are the same or different weight? Possibly a problem related to daily dosage - product does seem to work OK so much as we can tell.
