Lepro GU10 LED Bulbs, Warm White 2700K, 4W 325lm, 50W Halogen Spotlight Equivalent, Energy Saving GU10 LED Light Bulbs, 100° Wide Beam, Non-dimmable, Pack of 10

I used these Lepro GU10 LED bulbs to replace the old lights in my kitchen, and the difference is night and day—literally. The 5000K cool white gives a much cleaner, brighter look compared to the old, dull halogen bulbs. It makes the kitchen feel fresher and more modern, and the 100° wide beam ensures there are no harsh shadows. At 4W per bulb, they’re incredibly energy-efficient while still being as bright as the old 50W halogens, so they’ll save money in the long run. Plus, they don’t get ridiculously hot like halogen bulbs do. Great value, easy to install, and a huge improvement to the space. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their lighting!

Summary: I purchased these to replace my old Halogen bulbs (as most people are these days) and wanted to get the same Lumen and colour to keep the look of the rooms. These 10 LED bulbs did the job yet all together all using less energy then a single Halogen. Nothing about this 'cheaper' brand was off and all bulbs worked without issue. Highly recommend. Looks: As you can see by the attached pictures, the LED bulbs do have... a 'look' to them. But I think I shall get used to it more overtime. It doesn't effect functionality other then there is less of a 'lip' vs the Halogens so if you accidentally look up, you will go blind for a few seconds where as the old ones were more sunk in. Brightness: Brightness level wise, they do seem way brighter yet being the same rating but that isn't the end of the world. Colour: I brought the same K value as the Halogens and I must say they matched almost spot on. I had an LED and Halogen in side by side and the only difference was the brightness level. Build Quality: All bulbs were well built with what felt like a mix of metal and plastic (maybe some glass). Very solid and even hold up to a mid level drop. Can't say the same for the Halogen. Performance: So far every one of the LED bulbs in the pack has worked for at least 5+ hours out of the box. When testing the difference before and after, when I went to remove the Halogen, I almost dropped it from burning my fingers! And that was only a few seconds. The wonders of LED, means you can leave it on for hours without it wasting energy on heat.

These are very good but check what lumens you need. These are “cool white” but they are very bright. Maybe I needed the warmer ones or maybe a lower lumen product!

Just had to replace a total of 22 halogen downlighter bulbs with LEDs for both energy saving, longevity and safety reasons so bought two packs of these. They produce a nice warm but bright light that makes my dark almost windowless kitchen very bright and airy feeling which is nice. We have already had a light fitting melt on us due to the very high temperatures produced by the halogen bulbs and thankfully the fuse for the lights blew otherwise it would of went on fire so even though LED bulbs do produce heat it is not even half of the heat that the halogen put out so they are much safer. Energy saving wise they should make a big difference to anyone coming from halogen to LED but for us with a total of 22 down lighters with all of them on we were using around half a kilowatt of power which is crazy so we look forward to seeing a reduction in our electricity usage. The lights come well packaged in a plastic container. These are definitely good quality and value for money. Will buy again.

LONG-TERM REVIEW Brought a 10-pack of these in October 2014 and have 5 still working. They have been used in my hallway/landing and are on for approx 12 hours per day average. So well-short of the manufacturer's claimed 50,000 hour average life I would say. That's the bad bit. On the plus side they are a very nice looking bulb: My light fittings leave much of the bulb body exposed, and the polished metal finish is a lot nicer to look at than the white plastic body that many other manufacturers use. The circular layout of the LED's look great as well. You have to be careful when selecting LED bulbs - LEDs can emit a very 'cold' light, compared to a standard tungsten filament bulb. I went for the 3000K 'warm white', which is comparable in lighting output and colour temperature to the 50W halogen bulbs that these replace. (I think the 6000K version would look quite 'cold' in my home - but that's a matter of personal taste). The bulbs also emit a 120-degree arc of light, which is plenty good enough to provide a nice even light without producing crazy shadows and eliminating the spotlight effect that some similar LED bulbs can produce (I've seen 50W-equivalent GU10 LED bulbs in a DIY store advertising a mere 36-degree beam, which will create a very uneven light distribution on a 3-way round-plate spotlight mount like mine). Finally, I have to say that these bulbs are reasonable value at £2.20 each. TIP: Worth looking at 'Lighting Ever's' website: Apparently ALL of their bulbs are guaranteed for at least 12-Months. So, I am going to buy another pack, giving these another go. But I am going to keep the receipt handy and claim on the warranty if any of the bulbs blow within the Year.

I will not use these LED lamps because they flicker: LED lamps can sometimes flicker, not noticeable to the eye, but noticed by the brain. You can test it by holding your mobile phone camera and then you see the flicker. I prefer lights that do not flicker as the flickering can be stressful.

Depuis mon achat, rien à dire Ampoule efficace et de bonne qualité

Ya las usé en mi vivienda principal para cambiar todas las luces halógenas de todos los techos de la casa hace 3 años y la ganancia de luz fue muchisima con un consumo 12 veces menor y ni una se ha fundido. Luz muy agradable, buena construcción. Ahora las volví a comprar para el mismo cambio en una segunda vivienda y nos ha sorprendido todavía más el incremento de luz que hemos tenido.... Antes una sola bombilla halógena consumía lo mismo que el consumo total con estas bombillas para todos los techos del salón, de la cocina, del hall de entrada y del baño....12 en total... Y encima ahora tenemos bastante más luz que antes.... una maravilla por lo que las recomiendo sin duda ninguna.

Me han llegado estas bombillas nuevas para sustituirlas por las alogenas ya que tuve un problemilla con las primeras,primero quiero decir que la atención al cliente fue impecable por parte de la marca,me han mandado unas nuevas rápidamente y se portaron excelentemente muy bien,quiero darles las gracias porque contactaron conmigo y yo sin tener intención de devolver las dañadas por su bajo precio que no me valia la pena y por falta de tiempo. En segundo lugar he podido probar estas bonitas bombillas y la verdad es que alumbran estupendamente y a un bajo coste,ideales para cambiar por alogenas ya que ahorran muchisimo consumo de luz( hasta un 80 %). Tienen una luminosidad de blanco calido muy agradable e iluminan muy bien a pesar de que solo son de 3,5 w.Solo falta ver lo que duran pero por ahora muy satisfecho,volveria a comprarlas. Por la calidad,impecable atencion al cliente por parte del fabricante y por su bajo coste y bajo consumo se merecen 5 estrellas.
