Q: What’s the shelf life on this product?

Mine has Oct'2020 stamped, so well over a year at the time of purchase.

Q: How is the sauce made? By traditional fermentation methods which take months or by a modern chemical process?

I don't know. It was a long time ago I ordered. I did not like the product.

Q: Is this totally gluten free

I have not had any problems with it but I am not celiac. I am on a wheat-free diet for other medical reasons.
