Great product
It's really very helpful for good sleep and and give a great peace to the mind. Moreover, it's helpful for gym going people for recovery and better results. I am giving these reviews after use of 15 days....

It works to keeping mind calm.but you need it to give 2-3 bottles and change in lifestyle. Stay away from alcohol and caffeine. Cut sugar consumption

Found it effective..
I saw some changes after consuming it for 4-5 days, I now feel more relaxed and calm than before. I would strongly recommend you to please also take advice from your doctor before consuming it although it's an ayurvedic medicine & has no side effects.

Money waiste product
One of the worst. No fruitful result achieved even continue use of twelve days i.e twice a day. Waiste of money.
