This was a super impulse purchase. I barely looked at any other products or read reviews. My back is killing me today and I needed relief fast. ChatGPT told me to buy this brand and I didn't really question it! This is also going to come in handy for that time of the month. I paid the extra 4.99 to have it delivered within 3 hours and it got here with 10 minutes to spare. I immediately opened it up and am lying on it as I write this. First impressions: The seaglass color is very pretty and the fabric is super soft and plush. The cord is plenty long. It came with a travel bag/dust cover which is nice. Even though I knew what size I ordered and it is big enough for my purposes, I was still a little surprised at how small it was. If you are on the larger side or have a large area to cover, make sure you visualize how big 20x24 really is. I turned it onto the lowest setting (1 of 6), waited maybe 30 seconds, then laid down. I was surprised at how quickly it warmed up and how warm it felt on the lowest setting. I am also wearing two layers right now so I am impressed by the heat. You do get used to the heat after several minutes which can feel like it "stopped working". I'll probably use this on level 3 or 4 most of the time. I tried out level 6 and it gets quite hot. I had to turn it down because I started sweating! I've owned many heating blankets in the past that die after a year or two of casual use (Sunbeam, looking at you), and one reason I decided to buy this one was because of the 5 year limited warranty. IMO this is really overpriced (I paid 49.99 in Feb 2026), but I am hoping that means this is a high quality product and will actually last me more than 2 years. So far I have absolutely no complaints about this heating pad, but if anything changes I'll update this review.

Heats up quickly and is large enough to cover a broad area. Multiple levels of heat. Very soft plush.

Got one for my mom because it’s so nice and big, has many settings and the best one keeps it on until you shut it off.

This heating pad is extra large which gives me more complete heat therapy including all of the affected area. I love this size. Very versatile. Appropriate time turn off indicator. Great coverage. I really recommend this to anyone interested in heat therapy.

This pad does everything it's advertised to do. Excellent and heats very quickly. The reason I gave it only four stars is because the little screen where the setting number shows is very faint and hard to see. As you click to increase the heat level the numbers are almost impossible to see. They should be bright, white or yellow or something. When you turn the pad on it defaults to heating level one. I know that if I click the up button twice, I'm on level three, which is my preferred setting. So it's not a major issue, but it would be nice if the numbers could be easily seen.

Truly a great product! Pure Enrichment PureRelief UltraWide Microsoft heating pad is the best heating pad I have ever had. Loved it so much I purchased one for Christmas for my granddaughter who has severe back pain issues. She LOVES IT! We personally own 2 plus the one for our granddaughter. Wow!! I absolutely love this XXL heating pad! I have burned through several others quickly for a myriad of reasons. However, this heating pad is huge!! Longer and wider. Someone mentioned that there was no timer and gave a negative review, but there is a 2 hour timer. It is surprisingly lite and thick. So much so that you can't feel the wires inside. The feel is soft and cuddly and is perfect for those days that you are tense or have pain. HIghly recommend!!

FINALLY, a great heating pad after 12 tries buying hearing pads. I wanted something that didn’t automatically turn off after 2 hours and had better settings for the amount of heat, my other pads were either too hot or too cold. This has six settings, can be dialed in to the perfect heat. Automatic time to shut off can be set to, STAY ON, and will never turn off.

Whilst the product appears to be very well made, it fails in it's functionality. On its highest heart setting, it can only be described as mildly warm and it's no use at all for its intended purpose. I cannot recommend this product
