I was looking for a probiotic with certian strains of bacteria for vaginal health. This is the ticket. The capsule itself is the same size as most other probiotics, but the capsule is a little thinner and harder. Works great for me on the skin, vaginally, and digestively. Do wish they had more capsules in the bottle. Seems like a waste of packaging.
