Dampen a sponge to apply and it works best. No need to soak the paint in water

Will the kit fit 5 year old face ?

It would fit an adult as it comes but I trimmed the bits around the eye down to fit my daughter who was 8 at the time.

Does this kit include black colour for lips ?

From what I remember I used the stuff that you put on your nose but it was 2 years ago .
