Very small but effective on maintaining testosterone
The media could not be loaded. The capsules are very small but effective, which I appreciate.Taken for testosterone support, I can definitely feel the effects on my mood and my energy.I am very pleased and feel it is good value for money.(Average Wellman Conception tablet for size reference)

Healed my knees
I was in my late 30s. quite young I know to be having a lot of knee issues. I used to get unbearable knee pain and a rough grinding sensation under the knee cartilage area. I went to a physiotherapist for a few sessions which did not help. Doctor said I may need my cartilage removing so after doing a lot of research online and as a last resort I decided to give boron a try as its very cheap and there does not seem to be any side effects from taking it. Quite the opposite actually.Long story short. Ive been taking it for at least 3 years now and I no longer have any knee issues at all. I started seeing huge improvements after about 6 months of taking just one tablet a day and the pain went away completely. Im still taking my one tablet a day and will do so indefinitely.

Easy capsules to swallow
These are probably the cutest and smallest capsules to swallow lol! I always trust the solgar brand for most of my supplementation, so I know this is great quality. I can’t feel any difference yet, but hopefully my blood markers will see a change.

These have gone up from £7.99 three months ago to over £12.I thought they worked at first, taking two per day, but the improvement didn't last long.
